The online Social and Behavioral Implications of Autonomous Vehicles and Services course focuses on identifying a range of potential positive and negative implications that could result when autonomous vehicles (AV) and services are deployed in large volumes — including how these systems will be used; who they will serve; some of the remaining societal challenges; how operators are trained and informed; as well as new and continued safety considerations.
Successful completion requires you to receive an 80% passing grade on the course assessment.
There are no prerequisites for this course. A bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, or technical field is recommended, but not required.
