  • Apply quality standards and assessment tools to enhance online teaching and learning
  • Develop and implement online exam design guidelines and delivery methods
  • Evaluate course design and content to improve learner engagement and outcomes
  • Support faculty through one-on-one consultations, orientations, and ongoing development
  • Offer a robust suite of faculty resources, including tutorials, templates, and toolkits
  • Contribute to research on pedagogical strategies for multi-modal learning (e.g., papers, symposia, conferences)
  • Maintain Quality Matters certification for online course quality assurance


Student Affairs, Faculty Engagement, and Institutional Relations

  • Support the launch of new online degree programs aligned with workforce needs and college priorities
  • Support student success for online, continuing education, and geographically dispersed learners
  • Manage operations for online credit-bearing degrees and certificate programs
  • Facilitate faculty engagement in online and professional education initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze trends in higher education through curated market intelligence


The Learner Journey: Marketing, Content Strategy, and Engagement

  • Develop and manage content calendars for ME-OPE and academic partners across social platforms
  • Plan and deploy creative assets across print and digital channels
  • Concept, design, and produce branded visual media for learner engagement
  • Maintain and update program pages within the ME-OPE web ecosystem
  • Build and manage recruitment pipelines through lead generation and learner outreach
  • Analyze the learner journey using digital analytics, surveys, and engagement metrics
