Discovering career satisfaction and personal fulfillment doesn’t happen by chance–it happens by design. Career Design is a half-day workshop that empowers professionals to reflect, strategize, and create an intentional plan for their personal and professional life. Participants learn to navigate their careers with clarity and purpose, balancing ambition with personal values.

Instructor Dave Ostreicher has utilized the workshop’s strategies in his own life to great success over the past two decades. His current roles as a lecturer in the College of Engineering and the Ross School of Business are a result of his strategic planning. In the workshop, he shares his experience while guiding you through the steps to achieve your personal version of success. This workshop provides a unique framework for self-reflection, goal-setting, and actionable career planning.
