Instructor Emily Hampton-Morash leads the course with a mindful, non-judgmental approach. She teaches professionals to lead with intention, build cohesive teams, and foster positive workplace cultures.
The course is highly interactive, and participant engagement is key to absorbing and retaining the key concepts. Participants will gain practical tools they can immediately apply in their workplace. After completing the course, you will know how to lead with confidence and to connect on a deeper level with your team.
This two-day interactive course runs in the classroom in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In preparation for this course, participants will take an assessment called The Communication Compass. This assessment allows for a more holistic understanding of communications styles, including outward expression and internal drivers. Participants will also receive a copy of Emily’s book.
